Do I need a computer to do
this?
No, a computer is not required; however, we
do offer the QuickTracer Pro software to help
save you time processing HUD refund claims.
Who would I be working for?
You would be working for yourself
independently from home. You choose when you
work and how much you want to do. This is
business opportunity information, so you
would be self-employed in your own business.
This is not a job and we are not offering
employment.
How do I get paid for my efforts?
You are getting 25% of each refund that you
process, and we will show you 2 ways to
receive payment. You can request payment from
the person that is due the refund at the time
that they send the form back to you, or you
can wait until the refund check is processed
and get the 25% directly from the refund
amount.
How do a get the list of people that are
due a refund?
Your package includes your state list that
can be updated free of charge. You can order

Can you do this program in states other than your
own?
Yes. You can work with any of the lists that
you choose nationwide.
How current are the lists?
The lists are updated regularly to remove the
names of people that have claimed their
refund, and to add people to the lists that
have not claimed their refund. The date the
refund was due back to them is included on
the list.
How many people are due a refund?
There are over a million people due a refund.
Each state list has at least 600 names and
can be as many as 6000 or more depending on
how many people are due a refund in that
state at the time you order the list.
What is the average refund amount?
Refunds average between $800 and $3,000, so
you earn an average of $200 to $750 for each
refund you process.
How long will it take to start making money?
You can start making money in as little as 2
weeks; however it can take 4 to 6 weeks to
start earning income.
Are there any other expenses to do this?
You would need to pay for your own postage,
envelopes and any copies of the forms and
letters as you need more of them, which would
cost about $30 per week sending out 60 per
week.
Does HUD/FHA require you to be licensed?
No. HUD/FHA does not require a license.
What if I send out letters and don't get any
responses?
Only the people that send back the form to
claim their refund earn you money. Most
people would want to claim money that is due
back to them and if you're not earning $600
weekly or more by 90 days of sending out 60
per week, we give you a refund of the Third
Party Tracer purchase price.
What is required for a refund with your Money

phone number to obtain a refund code; then
return the program with a list of the
claimants you have notified by mail. Once
received, we will issue a refund of the

Why doesn’t HUD/FHA do this themselves?
It is the homeowner’s responsibility to file
the claim for the refund. HUD allows
individuals to become Third Party Tracers to
verify property addresses and the owners of
the premiums held by HUD/FHA and to offer
their services to complete the refund
process.
What’s stopping people from claiming their own
refund?
The people on the list are people that have
gone 2 years without claiming the refund on
their own, so if they were going to get the
refund on their own they would have done that
in the first 2 years that the refund was due
back to them before they were placed on the
list as unclaimed. You are only showing them
how to go through you to process the refund,
not how to process it themselves.
Is this considered part time or full time?
You would be self employed in your own
business, so you decide how much you want to
do. To send out 60 per week it could take up
to 12 hours per week doing everything
manually. You are not limited and can send as
